Milani was a very attractive elvish Marchwarden assigned to guard the Elf Hammer on the edges of Belamir. When Gorfang and Eloy came to retrieve the construct, Eloy unleashed all his dark charisma on her - mainly to gain access to the Elf Hammer but with other plans in mind. He managed to get her to accept a talisman tainted by Sabath, and over the subsequent years this corrupted her. Gradually, the worship of Sabath spread secretly through Belamir, turning a substantial number of elves to evil. Milani's fall led her to become the dark Scorpion Queen and to lead a bloody coup in the 1920s, taking over Belamir and subjugating most of the Elvish race.
