The centaurs are even more reclusive than the Grugach, but since the Return, some bold individuals have been lured forth by curiosity about the outside world. Although rampantly claustrophobic, centaurs are enterprising and physically powerful, as well as skilled in deep lores and astronomy. Prescience is not unknown among them as well.
More centaurs are at large in Alair since the Flaying destroyed a quarter of the Asedor forest.
