Prospecting

The individual has gained experience in searching out mineral wealth on the surfaces of worlds and in deep space. The skill of Prospecting allows an individual to have greater likelihood of discovering mineral deposits. This skill alone is not sufficient for the discovery of vast mineral wealth; but it does provide a greater probability of an individual discovering what is there.
