Completing the Provided Characters

Cascade Skills
Each character must break out his Cascade skills (the ones listed in Block Capitals) from the Cascades list.

Mustering Benefits and equipment
You have no personal money! Basic simple personal gear (clothes etc) to a reasonable level may be selected. Shared equipment from the Ship’s Locker is listed separately and may be shared out.

Skill benefits or rolls for extra skills from the character’s Life Events should be added at this point, with Cascades broken out as above.

Elective Points
After generation, sum up the character's total stat bonuses. Subtract from 25. Result is the number of bonus elective skill points awarded. If number is 0 or less, use 1

• Add 1 point to an already held skill, max level 6             - costs 1
• Add a skill not already held to level 1                 - costs 2
• Add an Attribute Point                                       - costs 5

Jack-of-Trades skill may not be purchased

Other details
Handedness; select Right or Left, or rolled as usual.

Choose name, gender, personality, background, history etc
