Harran is a Kin half Red Dust Nomad, and a red-head, not a good combination for one brought up in the Dust, and he still has scars from his childhood, including empty sockets where his eyes once were. His mind, however, is incredible; subtle, versatile, and able to keep track of more things simultaneously than anyone else Skufruss has ever met. From his eternal darkness he sees more across Known Alair than anyone else in the world.
His inquisitors wear plain, pale grey robes, which command instant respect in Tarlanor despite their complete lack of insignia.
As far as is known, he made his escape from Vorsand with Skufruss before the fall of the city and remains in Skufruss' service
