The Way of Kings is the assertion that the vampire should emerge from the shadows to the open and conquer, rule, dominate, herd the sheep, stamp out forever the human fools who resist the dark ones. The craving for power that laces this creed fits well with the goals and traditions of the Ventrue clan, and nearly all Ventrue follow the Via Regalis
