Clanlord Hastein. Older than the other clanlords, he was High Chancellor under Earthstar and nominal head of the Regency Council. He disliked humans and hates half-orcs; he appeared quite sure Sack killed Earthstar, and outraged that non-dwarves should dare to be present at the Regency Council of Kobur.
