Second of two emissaries sent by the Elvenking Doronond to track down the rediscovered sword Mergil, Eladriel is a seasoned warrior and knight who - despite his youthful looks - fought at the disasterous Battle of Thallan in 672. He may be older than that but has not commented either way. He accompanied the party throughout their travels after returning from Viridor until the Dragonslaying, in which he was involved, after which he returned to the Desolation.Eladriel fought heroically during the elvish civil war in the 1920s and remains with the Loyalist Elves alongside Elverandil.
