In other words, a dwarf.Eventually persuaded to trust and support the quest by the revelation of the existence of the Seventh Sword, Hrolf assisted and advised them in all the ways that he could, although he remained unconvinced that the Dragon or his minions could pose any kind of a threat to his kingdom, securely delved below the Erean Mountains.
Hrolf Earthstar was killed by a Dark One assassin in his own bedchamber on the eve of the Battle of Kobur, apparently as an attempt to throw blame on the adventurers and get them ejected from Kobur.
