Garkaur Kûlataur

Orc hero and leader who made the alliance with Titus III of the Erlyid in 1500, became Overking, half-orc/elf
1605

An unknown half-orc living in Kishshul before the migration, Garkaur was an opportunist who siezed his moment and single-handedly forged the alliance between the orc people and the Erlyid Empire in 1500. His personal prestige was beyond limits among the orcs after that, and he had no trouble getting himself acclaimed Overking.

Over the years, the Overking of Orcland has always been called Garkaur Kûlataur, obviously an attempt to carry over the glory of the great leader of the past to the current holder of the throne. There are rumours that there is more to it than that, however.

The current Garkaur assisted the Hunters of Cain, giving them tokens to introduce them to Ruld Grenark. He turned out to be a shrewd, clever person under the barbaric bluster.

The letter sent to Skufruss 'from' Doronond came from Garkaur, and when this was revealed he was captured by the Wyrmslayers and paraded at the peace talks in Reital before being beheaded by Sack.

It emerged that he was half-orc, half-elf; the one and only Garkaur.
