First a clarification. The MageGuild does not make-and-sell magical items as a rule. What they will do is purchase-and-dispose-of items from treasure hunters, such as yourselves, charging a 5% commission. If items brought to them are unidentified, the commission is increased to 15%. [And yes, this is rather a game balance decision. I don't feel Magic Item Supermarkets are beneficial to the game].

* indicates a spell of which you've never heard before! Dowsing allows the detection of drinkable water, and has been developed specially for use in the Desolation; Dark Flames causes a torch to burn with - well - dark flames, granting Darkvision to all in a 20' radius for 10 minutes per caster level (30 minutes with this scroll); Daggers of Vaul creates 1 dagger per caster level (13 in this case) which attack the target for the duration (13 rounds) at +4 to hit but otherwise using the caster's abilities, doing 1d4 damage each strike.
Activate DC is the target number you have to throw on D20 + Class Level (eg Kobort, L5 Sorcerer, must throw 12 on 1d20+5 to activate the scroll of Globe of Invulnerability). Failure requires a Wisdom Check at DC 5 or a mishap occurs... This applies to all scrolls.
